Sivaji Property – துஷ்யந்த் மற்றும் அவரது மனைவி அபிராமி ஆகியோர் இணைந்து ஈஷான் புரொடக்ஷன்ஸ் என்ற திரைப்பட தயாரிப்பு நிறுவனத்தை நடத்தி வருகின்றனர்.
இந்த நிறுவனம் விஷ்ணு விஷால் மற்றும் நிவேதா பெத்துராஜ் நடித்த ‘ஜகஜால கில்லாடி’ என்ற திரைப்படத்தை தயாரித்தது.
ஈஷான் புரொடக்ஷன்ஸ், ‘ஜகஜால கில்லாடி’ படத்திற்காக தனபாக்கியம் எண்டர்பிரைசிடம் ஆண்டுக்கு 30% வட்டியில் ₹3.74 கோடி கடன் வாங்கியதாகக் கூறப்படுகிறது.
இருப்பினும், நிறுவனம் கடனை திருப்பிச் செலுத்தத் தவறியதால், தனபாக்கியம் எண்டர்பிரைசஸ் இந்த விஷயத்தை நீதிமன்றத்திற்கு எடுத்துச் சென்றது.
அங்கு ஓய்வு பெற்ற நீதிபதி ரவீந்திரன் மத்தியஸ்தராக நியமிக்கப்பட்டார்.
நிலுவைத் தொகையை வசூலிக்க ‘ஜெகஜால கில்லாடி’ உரிமையை தனபாக்கியத்துக்கு மாற்ற மத்தியஸ்தர் உத்தரவிட்டார்.
படம் முழுமையடையவில்லை என ஈஷான் புரொடக்ஷன்ஸ் மறுத்ததால் சட்ட நடவடிக்கை.

ராம்குமார் பிரமாணப் பத்திரம் தாக்கல் செய்ததால், அன்னை இல்லத்தின் ஏக உரிமையாளராக பிரபுவை நீதிமன்றம் அங்கீகரித்து ஜப்தி உத்தரவை ரத்து செய்தது.

Sivaji’s son, actor Prabhu, contested this, stating that ‘Annai Illam’ belonged to him.
Based on an affidavit filed by his brother Ramkumar, the court recognized Prabhu as the sole owner, leading to the cancellation of the attachment order and safeguarding the iconic property.
